The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate a tanker truck rollover that occurred Monday night on the westbound 210 Freeway in the Sylmar neighborhood of Los Angeles. Reports say 2,000 gallons of water, oil, and tar spilled, closing the highway until Tuesday afternoon. The truck crashed into an embankment at about 11:40 p.m. Monday. Police say the driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
