Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras on U.S. Highway 169 near Shakopee, Minnesota captured a tractor-trailer crossing lanes and slamming into barriers Monday, June 3. When troopers stopped the truck, they found the truck’s driver was in the midst of a medical emergency. The driver, who was not identified by police, was treated by emergency medical personnel.
