Imagine being 9 years old, getting out of school one afternoon and seeing a long line of trucks … waiting just for you. Miguel Duran, an elementary school student in Wisconsin, had that happen last Friday, Jan. 24, and for good reason. Miguel is terminally ill with a rare form of cancer. When he got out of school Friday afternoon, a fleet of 50 trucks greeted him and toured him around his hometown of Berlin, which is about 100 miles northwest of Milwaukee. The Convoy for Miguel was organized by Retzlaff Trucking.
