Peterbilt this week unveiled an updated version of its flagship Model 579, which now stands as the company’s most aerodynamic and fuel-efficient truck ever produced. During a presentation streamed live on YouTube, it was announced the new 579 has improved its fuel economy by 7%. It’s powered by 2021 Paccar MX-13 and MX-11 engines paired with the Paccar transmission.
