A driver's antics were caught on video and shared with a Cleveland TV station last weekend.
The video shows a trucker doing donuts in the middle of an intersection near a park on Cleveland's eastside Sunday, June 13, all the while blasting their airhorn.
The truck was gone by the time police arrived.
