CSA scores on the Internet are drawing fire. What’s your view?

Ten tucking/transportation organizations are telling the federal government to pay attention to its own research and remove Compliance, Safety, Accountability scores from the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration’s website.

They city a Government Accountability Office (GAO) study that says the FMCSA “lacks sufficient safety performance information to reliably compare them with other carriers.” The GAO also said the process is biased against small carriers.

Some folks say the scores should go; others say not.
