We have so many choices when we sit down to eat:
- super-double mega-cheeseburger or garden salad
- milkshake or skim milk
- hot fudge sundae or piece of fruit
- sweet tea or ice water
On one hand we know what we should eat, and on the other we know what we crave or feel we deserve after a long, hard day on the road.
