Truckers visiting one California truck stop Christmas Eve had a surprise waiting for them.
Hannah McElroy, a 15-year-old girl, was at the Flying J on Merced Avenue in Bakersfield handing out gifts or truckers.
Hannah delivered gift bags filled with homemade cookies, banana bread, carrot bread, peanut clusters, almond clusters, shampoo, toothpaste and a handwritten Christmas card.
Her mother says Hannah was inspired to deliver the gifts by her grandfather, Greg McElroy, a trucker of some 40 years.
