My trucker hubby is the best! I love him so much!
I know how hard it is for him to be away from me but he does it to make a life for us.
When he first started driving and being away for weeks at a time I did NOT handle it well at all! I would call him and just cry and cry on the phone and he was so patient with me. He would just talk and talk and help me through it, and now I am handling much better and have been out with him a couple of times.
His long term plan is to get me on the truck with him so we can be together all the time. I know he enjoys it and he always tells me that the only thing that could make it better would be to have me in the seat beside him!
He is just a great person and a wonderful husband! I know that there are times when he is home for two or three days and he really just wants to lay around the house and enjoy being home but I will want to go do something or go to a family event and he will jump right in and get involved – all for me just because he loves me!!
