Beemac Trucking has opened a new driver training facility in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, to accommodate more students following increased demand.

“Beemac has experienced significant growth over the last 18 months. We have on-boarded 200 additional drivers in this time period and routinely have driver orientation classes larger than our former classroom could accommodate. We felt the need warranted upgrading our facility to meet our drivers and training department’s needs,” said Richard Casoli, the fleet’s vice president of business operations and development.

The new 3,500-square foot facility can seat up to 10 people per class. It offers remote orientation for drivers in the field to view orientation and interact. It is located at 2820 Duss Avenue in Ambridge.

A ribbon-cutting at the new facility was held May 8.
