Wilson Logistics, Inc., which has its headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, Friday, May 31, announced it has acquired the shares of Market Transport, Ltd. and Market Logistics Services, Ltd., which operates under the name Market Transport.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Market is an asset-light logistics company that serves the truckload market, in the Pacific Northwest and the western U.S.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Wilson Logistics has over 1,000 trucks supported by terminals in Springfield, Missoula, Montana; Pacific, Yakima, and Tumwater, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Tracy, California; and Garland, Texas.
