Kottke Trucking, a provider of refrigerated, dry freight, and dedicated services headquartered in Minnesota has acquired Florida-based Wayne T. Fellows, Inc., which specializes in refrigerated less-than-truckload and truckload services.
With the acquisition, Kottke adds 43 drivers and 22 non-driving positions in accounting, warehouse, dispatch, and shop to its operation.
Kottke will continue to maintain operations in Buffalo Lake and Eagan, Minnesota, and at its Wildwood, Florida terminal, in addition to the Wayne T. Fellows terminals in Davenport and Winter Haven, Florida. This is Kottke Trucking’s second acquisition in the past three years. Kottke Trucking purchased the over-the-road division of Walbon & Company, Inc. in 2016.
