Sometimes you may be sad, unhappy, down in the dumps, crosswise the world. And, then normally those feelings pass in day or so and you go on with your life.
Then again, if those feelings don’t pass and if they linger and deepen, then you may have depression. And, you’re not alone. The National Institute of Mental Health says 15 million Americans are affected by depression.
The good news is that there are ways to deal with depression.
