The award is open to all U.S.-based companies. It recognizes those whose recruiting, training and retention plans best serve military service members and veterans, according to a Celadon news release.
“These people come to us with a complete set of talents: Individual responsibility, discipline, leadership, the ability to motivate large groups,” said Paul Will, chairman and chief executive officer of Celadon. “Celadon’s commitment to veterans is strong. We take great pride in providing veterans meaningful career opportunities where they can use the skills developed in their service to our country and be successful.”
Winners are announced in May.
