Lowe’s recognized Dayton, Ohio-based fleet Dayton Freight as its LTL Carrier of the Year. This is the first year Dayton Freight received this recognition and the sixth consecutive year the fleet was awarded the Lowe’s Platinum Award.
Dayton Freight was also recently named American Group’s Midwest Region Carrier of the Year. This is the first time the fleet has received this award. The National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council also recently awarded the fleet its Midwest LTL Carrier of the Year award, making this the eleventh time the fleet has received that award.
In other Dayton Freight news, the fleet recently relocated it’s Kansas City Service Center to Grandview, Missouri. The facility has 110 doors and is set on 34 acres. It’s located at 3340 East 134rd Street, Grandview, Missouri, 64030.
