Patterson earned the title at the Arkansas Truck Driving Championship, held July 12-14 in Rogers. Patterson also won first place in the 4-Axle class.
Roland Parent, a J.B. Hunt Transport driver, was named Rookie of the Year.
The annual championship was organized by the Arkansas Trucking Association.
