Folks at Crete Carrier Corp. have a decidedly pinkish hue these days. For every milestone the office hit in efforts to raise money for breast cancer research, another piece of pink clothing was added to a cardboard cutout of Vice President of Risk Management and Associate General Counsel Chris Hilkemann. The folks at the Lincoln, Nebraska company exceeded their goal and raised $4,805, more than doubling last year’s amount. Because they surpassed their goal, Hilkemann had to dress in pink in the office for a day. Crete employees also took part in the Making Strides Against Cancer walk in Lincoln recently.
