Tesla made more than a few headlines late last year when it lifted the lid off its all-electric Class 8 truck, the Semi. Elon Musk extolled the many virtues of the truck, which will be available in 2019. A number of large companies have already lined up to add the Semi to their fleets.
But, it was an all-electric Tesla Model X that showed its pulling power recently during the massive winter storm that blasted the East Coast this week. This video by Kyle Conner shows how the Model X did a credible imitation of a tow truck in the snow that fell on Raleigh, North Carolina during last week’s storm that hammered the East Coast.
