At a truck show with some 400 trucks on display, standing out can be difficult if not downright impossible.

Don’t tell that to Dave Charlebois, whose screaming red 1997 Freightliner combo turned just about every head at the Guilty By Association Truck Show at 4 States Trucks in Joplin, Mo. in Joplin, Mo. last month.

Charlebois, who trucks out of Les Coteaux, Quebec, Canada said he has owned this truck since it was new. The heavy hauler leased to Belle Mare said it has some 2 million miles on it.

Under the hood is a Cat 3406 B model engine, 18 speed transmission and 355 rears.

But what turned heads was the truck’s Gothic accents and the hand-crafted chopper perched atop the trailer.
