Ford shows off 2019 Ranger

Ford has lifted the lid off its 2019 Ranger pickup, its the all-new midsize pickup truck. This marks a return of the Ranger name to the North American market.

The specifics include:

  • 2.3L engine generates 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque
  • 10-speed automatic transmission
  • 7,500-lbs. maximum towing capability and 1,860 lbs. payload capacity
  • turning radius of about 42 feet
  • wheelbase is 126.8 inches
  • 10 different trims and sub-trim levels
  • price begins at $24,300
