Our colleague Tom Quimby at Hard Working Trucks reported on an unusual tractor-trailer fire that occurred on Interstate 35 near Belton, Texas last Friday. The trailer filled with Axe Body Spray for Men appears to have caught fire. However, the quick-thinking driver was able to stop and disconnect his tractor from the trailer, saving it and avoiding injury. The interstate was closed for several hours while the debris was removed. Belton is located north of Austin near Temple and Killeen.
