You probably don’t often have access to genuine Asian-inspired take out over the road, but with this slow cooker chicken stir fry recipe, you can still satisfy that craving.

With this recipe, you dump everything but the vegetables into a slow cooker and let it cook on low for eight hours or on high for four hours. You’ll add the vegetables just before serving. After about 20 minutes of prep time and eight hours of cooking, you’ll have four main-dish servings.

This recipe uses dry sherry, soy sauce, brown sugar, fresh ginger, garlic and green onions to give it a sweet and spicy glaze full of rich flavor.
