Logan collected first place awards in the Tanker, Written Exam, Course and Pre-Trip categories, in addition to being awarded the grand champion title.
The Kansas Motor Carriers Association organized the event, which was held June 15-16 in Topeka.
The winners were:

Rookie of the Year: Larry Gamblin, Old Dominion Freight Line
Straight Truck: Ronald Gabel, FedEx Freight
3-Axle: Jimmie Wisley, YRC Freight
4-Axle: Timothy Helus, FedEx Freight
5-Axle: Jeff Davis, Walmart Transportation
Sleeper Berth: Jeffrey Dwerlkotte, UPS Freight
Flatbed: Michael Appelman, YRC Freight
Tanker: Donald Logan, FedEx Freight
Twins: John Bouddhara, FedEx Freight
