The recent Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky late last month was the first opportunity for Ray Martinez, who assumed the role of administrator of the U.S. DOT’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in late February, to meet with truckers and the trucking press.
